Princeton City Schools Dreams Green

February 2010

Princeton City Schools is going “green.” Through a partnership with Four Seasons Environmental, Inc., Princeton City Schools aims to reduce its energy consumption, use more energy-efficient energy products and applications, and reduce its carbon footprint.

“The FSE Energy team looks forward to the opportunity of working with the Princeton City Schools energy team to accomplish their energy goals,” says Ken Yockey, a facilities performance engineer with FSE.

In pursuit of its goal of becoming more “green,” Princeton City Schools will first undergo an energy assessment and appoint a School District Energy Committee. These measures will help the District to develop a District Energy Policy that will in turn, help Princeton City Schools reduce its energy usage and decrease the amount of money the District spends in energy usage.
