Reed Tarkington Achieves Energy Management Certification

August 2011

Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. is proud to announce that Reed Tarkington, vice president of FSE, joined the ranks of more than 9,500 Certified Energy Managers (CEM) worldwide. After meeting the educational, experience and rigorous testing requirements, the Association of Energy Engineers awarded Reed Tarkington Energy Management Certification last month.

The Association of Energy Engineers is a nonprofit professional society with more than 14,000 members in 78 countries. The Association of Energy Engineers established the Energy Management Certification in 1981, providing an acknowledgement that those certified have clearly demonstrated aptitude in a wide range of energy-related principles and practices. Professionals seeking CEM designation must meet a board-approved list of pre-qualifications of field experience and prior educational achievements, and must pass a CEM exam.
