Kenton County Detention Center Crew Lock Down Customer Service

May 2013
Kenton County Detention Center

Kenton County Detention Center CrewWe recognize the Kenton County Detention Center Project Crew as our May 2013 "Visioneers." FSE employees Shawn Porter, Bobby Darnell and Rob Marsh go to the Kenton County Detention Center every day, not to serve time, but to serve our client. This has not gone without notice. We recently received a letter from the Kenton County Jailer, Terence W. Carl, praising the efforts of the FSE KCDC crew and their efforts to stay up to date with the training required to produce excellence.

Mr. Carl writes, "Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. has been the facilities management provider for Kenton County Detention Center for nearly three years. They are responsible for the 163,000 square foot complex under roof. Their duties include, but are not limited to: Preventive maintenance, work orders and service calls. This includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance duties. They have also been assigned the task of cost reduction in the day to day facility upkeep. We rely on their abilities to keep cost down by not having to contract maintenance issues to outside vendors. We also rely on the fact that they are on call 24 hours every day. Shawn and his crew are always striving to increase their knowledge of the facility and make Kenton County Detention Center presentable to the public. I appreciate that Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. is always investing training dollars into the maintenance staff to accomplish and exceed my expectations. They are proving to be a valuable asset to the Kenton County Detention Center and I recommend them without reservation. "

This month we affirm the efforts of Shawn, Bobby and Rob to provide our KCDC client with excellent service and exceptional care. Thank you for sharing your gifts and talents with FSE and our client. You make all of us better because of your hard work.
