Thermal Imaging

Watch a brief video about the benefits of Thermal Imaging!

The Basics and Benefits

Infrared thermography provides the ability to locate a variety of issues that are unseen to the human eye. A Four Seasons Environmental thermal imaging audit allows us to reveal anomalies that in turn identify problems that costs facilities money every year in the following areas:
  • Building envelope
  • Flat and sloped roofs
  • Electrical components
  • Mechanical components

As part of the thermal images, the infrared camera can also record temperature measurements of target objects. The points of possible interest show up clearly as hot or cold in relation to their surroundings. This information is compared to manufacturer and industry standards for acceptable or unacceptable asset conditions by our Level III Certified Infrared Thermographer. A detailed report with recommendations for corrective actions is provided.
