Employee Referral Program

FSE is constantly on the lookout for new talent and people who have a passion for their profession. If you know of anyone that you think would be a great fit, please refer them to Four Seasons Environmental, Inc.

We believe that our current employees make the difference and your recommendation means the world to our company. That is why we have established an Employee Referral Program (ERP). We are looking to fill current open positions with highly-qualified talent. Please refer to our careers page at www.fseinc.net for a list of our immediate needs.

Here is how the ERP works: each eligible employee who refers a candidate who is selected to fill a regular, full-time position will receive a $1,000.00 (see eligibility and guideline information below) award.

Step One: Take a look at the careers' website and see if you know anyone that would be a great fit for an open position.
Step Two: Tell the person, who you are recommending, to go to our company website and apply.
Step Three: Fill out the Employee Referral Form

Eligibility: All regular employees, with the exception of Human Resources, Managers and those involved in the hiring process, are eligible for the award.

PaymentAward: The award will be considered taxable income and will be reflected on W-2 forms. The first payment will be $500, upon successful employment of the candidate. The second payment will be $500 after the completion of his/her 90 days of employment.

Guidelines:
  1. A referral form from the employee must be submitted within five (5) days of the applicant's application
  2. The prospective employee must be selected to fill a regular, full-time position.
  3. The participating employee and the referred employee must both be active employees of the company on the date any awards become due and payable (employment and 90 days).
  4. Referrers may not be involved in the interview process.
