Jason HoughExcellent service is a core of the Four Seasons' vision and we are pleased to hear when a member of our staff embodies it as well as Jason Hough at USDA in Ft. Pierce, Florida. After a customer complained about a noisy and continuously running fan, Jason went above and beyond expectations with a full recommissioning of the system, finding and repairing several issues. When the repairs were complete, the noise level from the fan couldn't even be detected on a sound meter!

"Jason did an excellent job troubleshooting and reconfiguring the ducts in his office to solve the problem," says Walter Dennis, Project Superintendent at the USDA. "His attention to detail made this customer very happy."
