Ron Wyrtzen and I went on the road and taught TL to the FSE employees at the home office in Monroe, OH. It was a great time for all of us. We utilized some teamwork exercises that were fun and rewarding. For those that attended, it was the first stab at Transformational Leadership and enjoyed the message and tools that TL conveys to us as leaders in our homes, work and organizations.
Also, while Ron and I were in Ohio, Ken Dickerson took us on a tour of the replica of Noah's Ark located in Williamstown, KY (outside Cincinnati). What a treat. If you are ever in that region, please make the visit. It is well worth the trip.
Additionally, this past April, Ron, Ken and I brought TL training to a select group of FSE employees in Athens at the USDA site. It was just a great group of our employees that exemplifies our "Positive People" Mission Statement. We are now teaching the enhanced, online version of TL and Ethics training at our many FSE sites. It's an honor for us to see each of you and share life-changing tools with you and your fellow team members.
