Fort Collins Achieves ISO Registration
Congratulations to our Fort Collins CDC team for passing the International Organization for Standardization's ISO 9001 registration audit! In addition to zero findings, there were only a few opportunities for improvement noted. Additionally, the auditor was impressed with the team's knowledge of the system and their initiative to improve CDC's facilities!
FSE has held the contract at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Fort Collins for less than two years, but thanks to Ed Anderson (Campus Manager), Greg Scott (Facility Manager), and Zenaida Rivera (Facility Project Administrator), the site is in great shape.
ISO 9001 certifies that our team shows customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, a process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision making and relationship management. This audit confirms what we have known all along, that our team at Fort Collins are positive people, providing excellent service with exceptional care.
"Ed, Greg and Zenaida, thank you for your hard work and commitment to both CDC and FSE," says Darren Dean, FSE Contract Administrator. "Achieving your ISO registration is no small feat and is evidence of your dedication to continuous improvement."
